There are not even enough words to express the amount of gratitude my family and I have for Ben, his team, and the shop. 9 hours away from home, 3 little girls in tote, excited for vacation, we ran into some pretty inconvenient mechanical issues with our truck. I fortunately work for an amazing company, that has a team all across the world. My own BG Family gave me Ben’s information as a highly rated business partner of ours to help us, and Ben did just that. I came in and simply asked to borrow a Jack and a couple tools, but instead he went above and beyond. He let us use a lift, supplied every single tools we needed, and when we hit a snag Ben and his team got in touch with Napa to take care of us in a way I didn’t believe existed anymore and had us back on the road within a couple hours. During the entire experience, Ben as a father himself, saw our hands were full, we were tired, and the girls weren’t making it any easier. He played with our children, took them on little pit bike rides, and even got them breakfast. Ben, THANK YOU! From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU! The compassion you showed myself and my family is unbelievable, you are shining example of what humanity should be.
Curtis was an angel to work with in a sea of horribly mean folks (insurance co's, I'm looking at you!) that just want your money. Everyone at the Mechanic was very patient and detailed with updates for me as I dealt with an attempted car theft that rendered my car useless for a solid month due to the red tape with SafeCo insurance/Liberty Mutual. These guys did a fantastic job, and had me in and out in the same day. The work was great, and the price was fair. I’ll definitely be returning here. Mr Curtis gave me a quote and they stuck to the quote. I thought I needed an expensive repair done and instead of them doing what I thought needed done they went another route. It seems I didn't need anything but an engine cleaner. I recommend going here if you need car repair done
